ADVANTAGES FOR YOUR DOG
Trained professionals:
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog while in our care: Fido Freedom employees receive extensive training relating to pack behavior, dog park safety, proper leash handling, and are Certified in Canine First Aid.
Small group adventures:
Some dogs, particularly dogs over the age of 2 years, prefer to socialize with smaller groups of dogs for a shorter amount of time. Younger dogs from 6 months to 2 years might prefer the excitement of our indoor dog daycare and the endless play that is involved. (Dog Daycare is offered at our indoor facility on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Our group adventures enable an adult dog to enjoy the companionship of other dogs but in a smaller group environment.
Puppy socializing:
Puppies need the chance to relieve themselves at least every 4 hours. They also need a lot of exercise. Our trained employees will supervise appropriate play between your puppy and other small breed dogs, to ensure they always have an enjoyable experience in play.
3,000 square foot indoor facility:
Our indoor training center is available for the dogs to play in when the weather is bad. During the rainy season, we will bring the dogs to our indoor facility for some time playing ball, practicing on our agility course, or interacting with other dogs. On sunny days, a romp in an off leash park, or a run on the dyke may be the destination.
Minimizing Separation Anxiety:
Separation anxiety can be reduced through exercise and will help break up the boredom for the dog when he or she is left alone.
Exercise:
Adequate daily exercise is necessary for the mental and emotional well being of your dog. We will ensure your dog gets the appropriate exercise and mental stimulation needed.
TLC and basic manners training: Most importantly, your pet receives love and personal attention as well as basic manners training, while in our care.
